**AML Compliance Officer - Ihre Hauptaufgaben umfassen**:

- Verwaltung und Überwachung der AML/CFT-Compliance für ein vielfältiges Kundenportfolio unter Einhaltung der lokalen und internationalen Vorschriften.
- Gestaltung und Aktualisierung von AML/CFT-Richtlinien und -Verfahren, die auf die spezifischen Bedürfnisse jedes Kunden zugeschnitten sind.
- Strategische Beratung der Kunden im Risikomanagement und Optimierung ihrer Compliance-Systeme.
- Durchführung von Compliance-Audits, Identifizierung von Schwachstellen, Vorschlag von Lösungen und Durchführung von Schulungen zu regulatorischen Entwicklungen.
- Überwachung von Transaktionen zur Erkennung verdächtiger Aktivitäten und Sicherstellung der korrekten Einreichung von Compliance-Berichten (SAR).
- Vertretung der Kunden gegenüber den Aufsichtsbehörden (CSSF, CRF) und bei Audits.
- Überwachung regulatorischer Entwicklungen und Beratung der Kunden zur Anpassung ihrer Compliance.

**AML Compliance Officer - Gesuchtes Profil**:

- Erhebliche Erfahrung im Management der AML/CFT-Compliance in Luxemburg, idealerweise in vergleichbaren Umgebungen (Big 4, Vermögensverwalter) erworben.
- Sprachen: Fließende Englischkenntnisse erforderlich; Deutsch ist von Vorteil.
- Fähigkeiten: Fähigkeit, Strategien schnell anzupassen, Eigeninitiative zu zeigen und Interesse an kreativen, maßgeschneiderten Lösungen.
- Ausbildung: Nachgewiesene Expertise in der regulatorischen Compliance, insbesondere in den Bereichen Finanzwesen, Vermögensverwaltung und Investmentfonds.
