**SITE MANAGER**:
- Responsable du Site Management + l’équipe des sous-traitants sur chantier
- Au sein du département de pose
**Garant de la sécurité sur chantier**:
- Entreprendre l’ensemble de ses activités en considérant la santé, la sécurité et l’environnement comme prioritaires,
- Veiller au respect des règles de sécurité sur chantier auprès de l’ensemble des sous-traitants & intervenants en accord avec les réglementations en vigueur et les règles spécifiques l’entreprise et au projet,
- Représenter l’entreprise auprès de tous les intervenants santé & sécurité du chantier,
- Prendre en compte les remarques (externes et internes) liées à la sécurité, santé et environnement du chantier et mettre en œuvre les mesures correctives,
- Analyser les risques liés à l’activité et prévoir les mesures de contrôles,
- Préparer et diffuser l’ensemble des documents relatifs à la sécurité et la santé sur chantier (PPSPS, RAMS...),
- Assurer le suivi de l’accueil chantier et tenir à jour un registre,
- Planifier les méthodes et équipements de mise en œuvre en sécurité,
- Enregistrer et reporter les incidents, accidents, attitudes dangereuses et near miss,
- Animation des quarts d’heures sécurités (toolbox talks) au minimum toutes les deux semaines,
- Remonter les événements, incidents et accident à la direction,
- S’inscrire dans une démarche de prévention et être moteur de celle-ci,
**Garant de la qualité sur chantier**:
- Responsable technique sur chantier
- Assurer la bonne mise en œuvre sur chantier en accord avec les plans d’installation, recommandation technique et règles de l’art,
- Assurer le relai de l’information entre sous-traitants et design,
- Remonter les problèmes techniques,
**NCR/SDR**:
- Déterminer les non-conformités,
- Rédiger et diffuser les rapports de non-conformité (NCR) et les Site Damage Report (SDR),
- Etablir et mettre en œuvre les mesures correctives en collaboration avec les ressources compétentes (Design/Purchase/Production...),
- Assurer le suivi des NCR jusqu’à la levée des non-conformités et leur fermeture,
**Contrôle Qualité / QA**:
- Préparation des PAQ et ITP pose avec le Project Manager,
- Préparation des fiches d'autocontrôles (QA sheet),
- Assurer la mise en place des autocontrôles sur chantier,
- Assurer le suivi des autocontrôles jusqu’à leur fermeture (QA tracker),
- Assurer la transmission au Project Manager et l’archivage des fiches d’autocontrôle,
**Représentant de l’entreprise sur chantier**:
- Représenter l’entreprise au quotidien auprès de l’entreprise générale / du client,
- Représenter l’entreprise lors des réunions de coordination du chantier,
- Représenter l’entreprise auprès des différents sous-traitants et intervenants sur chantier,
- Assurer et animer les réunions de coordination avec les sous-traitants et intervenants. (Etablir des comptes-rendus),
- Assurer et défendre les intérêts de Kyotec auprès du client, entrepreneurs et sous-traitants,
**Organisation, gestion et suivi de la mise en œuvre sur chantier**:
- Planifier et organiser les méthodes et besoins pour la mise en œuvre,
- Préparer l’arrivé et le démarrage sur chantier,
- Consulter, planifier et organiser les sous-traitants de pose,
- Gestion et suivi des sous-traitants sur chantier,
- Contrôler et gérer les effectifs sur chantier,
- Suivre et valider les heures de régies,
- Etablir et pointer un planning détaillé de pose,
- Fixer les objectifs hebdomadaires du poseur et les pointer,
- Gestion et suivi du géomètre et des implantations,
- Gestion et suivi des levées de réserves et du nettoyage final,
- Partager le progrès quotidien du projet avec la direction (rapport journalier via whatsapp ou autre),
- Assurer la bonne gestion administrative sur chantier en accords avec les règles en vigueur,
- Pointer et transmettre les avancements au PM,
- Tenir à jour un registre journalier des heures prestés des sous-traitants par taches.,
- Connaitre, projeter et assurer le suivi des budgets de pose en coordination avec le PM. Anticiper et alerter les dépassements, mettre en œuvre des solutions pour les prévenir et les atténuer,
**Organisation, gestion et suivi de la logistique sur chantier**:
- Organiser et planifier les zones de stockage et d’occupation en accord avec l’entreprise générale/client,
- Gestion des appels de matériaux et organisation des livraisons du matériel en accords avec les achats,
- Assurer le suivi et la prise en charge du matériel sur chantier (booker les livraisons auprès de l’entreprise général, assurer le déchargement et la bonne distribution sur chantier jusqu’à la mise en œuvre),
- Vérifier, transmettre et conserver les bons de livraison
