As a ServiceNow SecOps, you will play a crucial role in the design, development, and implementation of ServiceNow solutions within our client's organization.

We are seeking a talented individual to join our security team as a ServiceNow expert with a focus on Security Operations (SecOps) module.

You will be responsible for developing, implementing, and maintaining solutions within the ServiceNow platform to enhance the organization's security posture.

This role includes, but is not limited to, the following responsibilities

Configure and customize ServiceNow to meet specific business needs.

Develop and implement use cases within the ServiceNow Soar (Security Orchestration, Automation, and Response) platform to automate security operations workflows, including incident response, threat hunting, and vulnerability management.

Collaborate closely with security analysts and stakeholders to understand operational requirements and translate them into actionable use cases and workflows within ServiceNow Soar.

Customize and configure ServiceNow Soar capabilities, including playbooks, automation workflows, and orchestration tasks, to streamline security operations processes and improve response times.

Document use case designs, configurations, and implementation details, maintaining clear and comprehensive documentation for reference and knowledge sharing.

Keep up to date with new features and capabilities of the ServiceNow platform.

What your background should look like

Minimum 3+ years of professional experience in design and development in ServiceNow.

Strong knowledge and practical experience of ServiceNow API.

Experience in integrating ServiceNow with other systems using Web services and technologies such as Rest/SOAP.

Proficiency in JavaScript programming language for scripting within the ServiceNow platform.

Understanding of ServiceNow capabilities across the platform and experience in implementing best-practices and procedures.

Ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels within the organization.

Practical experience with Agile methodologies and tools.

Proven ability to drive results and readiness across multiple solutions.

Highly valued knowledge of SecOps, Vulnerability Management, and Security Incident Management within the ServiceNow platform.

English mandatory, French is a nice to have.
