**To develop our Commercial Team, we are hiring a **Customer Service Agent (Dutch & French mandatory)**

To join us in this beautiful journey, we are looking for a nice and dynamic person (we also like competent people) to reinforce our team.

**Responsibilities**:
As a Customer Service Agent, you are the main point of contact of our customers for Belgium and Netherlands by accompanying them from order to delivery. You work in close collaboration with the other departments (logistics, finance,...).

Your main tasks are:

- Processing of customer requests (complaints, requests for information,...);
- Relay requests to the service concerned (finance, production, operations...);
- Tracking orders in progress to ensure smooth operation;
- Preparing excel sheets, letters, PowerPoint presentations;
- And a lot of various tasks which will depends on the day-to-day needs.

Must Have Requirements
Before applying, you **must fulfill the 8 conditions** below:

- You are business fluent in **Dutch and French **(English is a big plus);
- You have a strong experience as Customer Service Agent;
- You can handle stress;
- You can manage several tasks at the same time;
- You know how to use Excel, Word and PowerPoint;
- You like teamwork;
- You are flexible - we are a small team where helping is key
- You are definitely a nice personwe are
