**Senior Procurement Officer**:

**Vos missions**

Au sein de l’équipe Controlling & Procurement et membre de la communauté Procurement AXA Luxembourg et AXA Belgique, vous êtes responsable du développement et de la sécurisation de la fonction Procurement.

**Ci-dessous les principales missions**:
Sourcing:

- Vous êtes en charge de la mise en place de la stratégie d’achats.
- Vous êtes en charge de l’analyse des fournisseurs et des contrats existants et de leur rationalisation.
- Vous êtes responsable de la sélection des fournisseurs tout en tenant compte des possibilités d’internalisation vs outsourcing.
- Vous êtes en charge de la mise en place et du suivi des KPIs de performance des fournisseurs.

Négociation des contrats:

- Vous êtes en charge de l’organisation des RFPs et de la négociation des contrats.
- Vous faites l’analyse des contrats et vous assurez la présence des clauses obligatoires (en lien avec les départements Legal et Compliance).

Centralisation:

- Vous êtes en charge de la gestion des fournisseurs et de la base de données centralisée Procurement.

Tâches administratives et gouvernance:

- Vous assurez la revue des politiques d’achats et de l’outsourcing.
- Vous gérez et animez le Comité et la communauté Procurement au niveau de l’entreprise (incluant les fonctions clés de la compagnie et les représentants métiers).
- Vous êtes en charge de la mise en place des reportings au niveau local et vous assurez le suivi des reportings réglementaires et à destination du Groupe.
- Vous assurez la mise en place du contrôle interne.
- Vous participez activement au Group Vendor Risk Framework.
- Vous représentez AXA Luxembourg dans la communauté Procurement commune avec AXA Belgique.

**Votre profil**
- Vous êtes titulaire d’un diplôme BAC+5 ou équivalent en Procurement, Supply Chain, Droit, Finance ou Business Management.
- Vous avez une expérience de 5 à 10 années dans une fonction procurement au sein d’un grand groupe.
- Tout en sachant travailler en autonomie et faire preuve de proactivité, vous aimez travailler en équipe et instaurer des relations de confiance avec les partenaires internes et externes.
- Doté(e) de fortes capacités relationnelles et de négociation, vous êtes capable de communiquer clairement aussi bien à l’oral qu’à l’écrit, tant avec les fournisseurs qu’avec les interlocuteurs internes.
- Votre faculté d’adaptation et votre flexibilité vous permettent d’apprécier les tâches variées et votre rigueur vous permet de les mener à bout.
- Vous êtes force de propositions et êtes capable de gérer des projets.
- Vous maîtrisez impérativement le français et l’anglais.
- La connaissance du marché luxembourgeois représente un plus.
