Our client is an international law firm offering a wide range of services in many sectors.

**Job description**
Facing a constant growth, Select has been mandated to recruit a Personal Assistant to Managing Director. You will second the Personal Assistant to the Managing Director. Your tasks will be among others to:

- Assist MD’s Personal Assistant;
- Handle agenda and schedule appointments and meetings;
- Prepare required documentation for meetings;
- Meet and greet visitors;
- Arrange complex business trips;
- Manage and prioritize the MD’s inbox;
- Encode expenses;
- Ensure payments follow-up;
- Coordinate administrative tasks.

**Profile**
- You hold an administrative diploma;
- You have a first relevant experience as Personal Assistant, ideally in a law firm or Big4;
- You speak English and French fluently (**mandatory**);
- You are flexible, responsive, and proactive;
- You are team player.

**Offer**
- Permanent contract full time;
- Remuneration x13;
