We are looking for people who are passionate about education :_**
- You have a degree in education, recognised in Luxembourg (diploma recognition and classification) ;_
- You have successful professional experience in non-formal education with children._
- Fluency in French is essential for integration into the teams. Fluency in another language is a plus ;_
- You are dynamic, available and show initiative ;_
- You have proven skills in supervising and leading a group of children ;_
- You are creative and can put forward proposals for activities and team-based educational projects ;_
- You have good listening and communication skills, enabling you to create a climate of quality and trust within the organisation ;_
- You will have good writing skills, enabling you to write logbooks, reports and communications to parents on our digital media._

Your role at Rockids :_**
- Welcoming children while ensuring their physical, moral and emotional safety._
- Accompany them through the various stages of their lives: reception, activities, meals, changing, outings, etc._
- Supporting children in their individual and collective development_
- Drawing up and implementing medium
- and long-term educational projects, in order to contribute to children's early learning and overall development as part of a team project._
- Participate in the structure's networking with external partners (educational outings, social projects, ecological projects, etc.)_
- Establish and maintain professional communication and ensure quality communication with families._
