**Job Description**:
- Design, analyze, and interpret the results of experiments
- Maintain the integrity of tests, with expertise in A/B testing that is grounded in best practices and analytical rigor.
- Prepare and deliver reports in a way that non-technical users can comprehend, allowing stakeholders to make important decisions based on a variety of facts and trends.
- Collaborate closely with Conversion Optimization experts and specialists.
- Conduct ad-hoc research on product performance as needed.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, identify success metrics, and assess feasibility.
- Drive the collection of new data and the refinement of existing data sources
- Possess the ability to navigate uncertainty, be proactive in problem-solving, and leverage data to inform business decisions.
- Follow development lifecycle, workflow and processes
- Comply with processes, technical standards, conventions, policies
- Contribute in standards
- Proactively support the team, help other colleagues to solve issues
- Continuous self-development
- Continuously improve the quality of the team and product with ideas, suggestions and by researching
- Any other tasks assigned by the direct line manager or management
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science or another quantitative field
- 2+ years experience
- Knowledge in multiple technologies (Solutions for concrete problems like Relational Databases, NoSQL Databases,** R**, Python data analysis libraries: pandas, numpy, scikit-learn, tensorflow
- Strong data & logical analysis skills
- Ability of analytic thinking
- Team player
- Willing to learn and grow in the role and to support the integration of new team members
- Follow technology improvements and recommend for usage in company products
- Upper intermediate English knowledge (B2) or higher
