We are looking for an experienced Recruiter to join a close-knit, professional, and positive team of 2 (HR Business Partner and Recruitment).

**Responsibilities**:
- Manage the entire recruitment process, from defining needs to creating employment contracts.
- Coordinate recruitment activities in close collaboration with Business Managers and ensure good communication with them throughout the process.
- Prioritize recruitment needs according to business urgencies and priorities.
- Be reactive and proactive in finding solutions to job openings.
- Provide support on other HR projects, including those related to the promotion of "Great Place to Work", onboarding of new employees...
- Participate in internal meetings (daily, monthly and quarterly).
- Participate in job fairs
**Profile**:
- Over 3 years of experience in recruitment, preferably in a dynamic and demanding environment.
- Strong skills in sourcing and in the use of recruitment tools (online and in-house).
- Demonstrated ability to effectively coordinate recruitment processes, meeting deadlines and ensuring quality.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- A passion for continuous improvement and the development of innovative HR practices.
- University degree or equivalent experience in human resources, occupational psychology or related fields.
- Fluency in English and French, German and Luxemburgish are an asset.
- Good team integration and ability to work collaboratively.
