**About the Role**:
For our **Ferrero HQs** in** Luxembourg**, we are currently looking for a **Better For You Junior Project Manager for 6 months** who will be reporting to the Documental Process Management Travel Market Manager within the Area International & APAC-MEA Product Flow Management team.
Your main role purpose will be to achieve** accurate, efficient product master data integration** for **Better For You and Fulfil Category**.
**Main Responsibilities**:
As a **Better For You Junior Project Manager**, you will be part of an integrated value-chain and will be responsible for an **effective coordination and accurate communication with all stakeholders**, that is essential to deliver customer success while maintaining an optimized and lean supply chain.
You will be responsible to ensure that all **documental elements are correctly and timely executed** to** guarantee production and service level**, driving priorities and verifying the execution of all project phases. Scope of activity goes from the activation of the Markets needs to the on-time delivery of packaging materials to the factory, within an end-to-end view.
Moreover, you will be accountable for the setup of the in-scope projects **Better For You Exports** and to manage external and internal cross functional teams in order to achieve **accurate, efficient product master data integration** for **Better For You Category**.
Equally important will be to **ensure excellence in planning & execution** throughout the Product initiative / integrating the Luxembourg teams (Travel Market PFM, Procurement, Planning, Market Units, Marketing, Graphic Chain, Packaging Unit) to work on the deliverables properly.
Finally, you will** integrate systems** into the mother branch ones,** regularly monitor **and **analyze the status and quality** of key scope and **schedule and risk management **the initiative plan.
**Who we are looking for**:
You will bring your university Degree in **Supply Chain, Business Management, Business Operations, or equivalent **and **at least 3 years **of excellent track record of **project management and planning experience** in a **FMCG environment**.
Strong knowledge of** Product Flow processes** and the** internal company processes **will be considered an asset.
Your** excellent oral and written skills** together with **strong influencing and negotiation skills **will play a key role for your success in the position. Plus, your **driven and analytical mindset** and **solid leadership attitude **will be an asset for us.
Your** analytical skills **come with your excellent PC command on **MS Office tools **and** SAP**.
