- und Real Estate-Investments, tätig. Zu unseren Kunden zählen internationale Vermögensverwalter, Kreditinstitute, Versicherungen und Asset Manager sowie Family Offices, Private Equity-Gesellschaften, Versorgungswerke und Pensionskassen. In unserer täglichen Arbeit gehen Tradition, Innovation und Internationalität Hand in Hand. Dabei agieren wir in kleinen Teams mit vielfältigen Gestaltungsspielräumen für jeden Einzelnen.

Für unser Team Structuring & Regulatory am Standort Munsbach in Luxemburg suchen wir zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt einen Specialist (m/w/d) Structuring & Regulatroy (Alternative Investments).

DEINE AUFGABEN
- Du strukturierst Luxemburger Investmentvehikel (u.a. Spezialfonds, RAIF, unregulierte AIF und Verbriefungsgesellschaften), vornehmlich in den Assetklassen Private Equity, Private Debt, Immobilien und Infrastruktur - Du erstellst die gesamte Fondsdokumentation und übernimmst die Abstimmung mit den Fondsinitiatoren und externen Kanzleien
- Du bist intern und extern Ansprechpartner für das Onboarding unserer Fondsinitiatoren und koordinierst die Auflage der Investmentvehikel
- Du führst das Genehmigungsverfahren von regulierten Investmentvehikeln bei der CSSF durch
- Du führst die Notifizierungsverfahren von AIF zum Vertrieb innerhalb der Europäischen Union durch
- Du unterstützt bei der Überwachung und Umsetzung von regulatorischen Änderungen

DEIN PROFIL
- Du hast ein wirtschaftswissenschaftliches oder rechtswissenschaftliches Hochschulstudium absolviert
- Du verfügst über einschlägige Berufserfahrung in einer Verwaltungsgesellschaft, Kanzlei, Wirtschaftsprüfungsgesellschaft oder einem anderen Finanzdienstleister
- Du kennst die Anforderungen von Fondsinitiatoren und Investoren von Strukturen für alternative Investments
- Du bist zielorientiert, belastbar, zuverlässig und teamfähig
- Du arbeitest sorgfältig und strukturiert, und hast eine ausgeprägte Kommunikationsfähigkeit
- Du verfügst über sehr gute Deutsch
- und fachspezifische Englischkenntnisse
