Airfreight Operations and Customer Service

For immediate start, we are looking for an experienced and energetic support for our Airfreight department in Luxembourg.

**YourTasks**:
- Handling of Airfreight shipment for luxemburgish customers
- Creating of price offers to customers and follow up
- Planing, organisation of all operational processes during the transportation
- Communication with customers and other business units
- Invoicing and Administration tasks
- Shipment tracking and Claim handling
- Customer Service
This is not an exhaustive list - so you can expect a varied job.
**Your Profile**:
- Education in the field of forwarding and logistics
- Experience in the field of air freight is an advantage
- Good English and French knowledge spoken and written
- Other languages are an advantage
- Good knowledge of MS Office
- Ability to work in a team
- Willingness to work in a shift system
- Motivation, Team player, flexibility, organized
