**Responsibilities**:

- **Understand** the needs of your clients
- ** Analyse** their solvency
- ** Advise** and present the best type of financing
- ** Build** a complete and strong financing file
- ** Negotiate** the best rates with partner banks and institutions
- ** Accompany** your clients until the signature of their financing contract
- ** Supervise and support** the broker team in their daily operations

Must Have Requirements
- **A 5 years seniority in the Luxembourg credit business is required** (brokerage, distribution or credit analysis) as well as a **team management experience**:

- A good economy and financial culture
- Excellent relationship skills
- Bachelor-level education or Business School in Economy/Finance/Bank
- ** French and English are essential**, any other language is a bonus ;-)
