Do you know that lux-Airport is the operating company of Luxembourg airport, providing direct flight services to 89 destinations and employing 350 people ?
- In 2021 and despite the health crisis, we welcomed 1.4 million passengers (compared to 4.4 million passengers in 2019) and we have the ambition to increase this number and continue to develop our activities

In order to achieve this objective and as part of the development of the Operations department, we are looking to hire immediately a:

- **Terminal Supervisor (M/F/d)**

**RESPONSIBILITIES**

**_What you will be doing :_**
- Supervising, monitoring and guiding the operations in the terminal, in collaboration with the Handler
- Being the first point of contact for passengers at the terminal (Landside and Airside)
- Intervening in case of increased activity, abnormal operations or emergencies
- Directing passengers to the appropriate contacts
- Being the point of contact for all the actors in the terminal (Police, Customs, airlines, etc.)
- Monitoring and transmitting information on the operational status of the terminals
- Transmitting to the Info Desk instructions on the messages to be broadcast to passengers
- Transmitting complaints to the relevant departments
- Participating in the management of exceptional events and operational hazards
- Drawing up daily operating incident reports
- Organizing and establishing quality check
- Participating in the integration of new employees

**MUST HAVE**
**REQUIREMENTS**

**_What you will need :_**
- Studies_ : Graduate degree (Bachelor) or equivalent experience- Experience_ : 5 years in the airport industry- Languages_:
- French : fluency in written and oral
- English : fluency in written and oral
