**To develop our Customer Service Team, we are hiring a **Customer Service Agent (Italian speaking)**

**Your mission**

As a Customer Service Agent, you will be the main point of contact of the Italian-speaking customers by accompanying them from order to delivery. You report to the Customer Service Manager and work in close collaboration with the other departments (logistics, finance, marketing...).

Your main tasks are:

- Processing of customer requests (complaints, requests for information,...);
- Relay requests to the service concerned (finance, production, operations...);
- Tracking orders in progress to ensure smooth operation;
- And a lot of various tasks which will depends on the day-to-day needs.

**Essential requirements**:
Before applying, you **must fulfill the 8 below conditions**:

- You are business fluent in **English and Italian** (any other languages would be considered as an asset);
- You have experience as Customer Service Agent;
- You can handle stress;
- You can manage several tasks at the same time;
- You know how to use Excel, Word and PowerPoint;
- You like teamwork;
- You are flexible - we are a small team where helping is key;
- You are definitely a nice personwe are
