Nous sommes ravis de vous présenter notre partenaire, une fiduciaire créé il y a des nombreuses années qui emploie 25 personnes et qui souhaite aussi maintenir sa taille humaine dans les années à venir. Vous ferez partie de l’équipe Corporate actuellement composée de 2 personnes dynamiques et accueillantes et serez aussi encadré par les gérants, toujours présents et impliqués dans l’opérationnel.
En outre, vous travaillerez dans un environnement agréable grâce à la modernité et luminosité des locaux de notre partenaire. La fiduciaire travaille avec une clientèle diverse, tant locale qu’internationale, pour laquelle elle propose des services de comptabilité, fiscalité et domiciliation. Cette clientèle représente notamment des sociétés commerciales, Soparfi et même des fonds d’investissement.

Vos responsabilités | Corporate Officer - Legal - Fiduciaire - Corporate
En tant que Junior Corporate Officer, vous aurez diverses tâches qui monteront en complexité au fur et à mesure. Cela va notamment de l’ouverture des comptes bancaires à la préparation des board meetings, la rédaction des minutes, le dépôt des comptes au RCS et la préparation de documents légaux.
Vous assistez vos collègues dans la vérification nécessaire des documents dans le contexte du AML/KYC.
Profil et parcours | Corporate Officer - Legal - Fiduciaire - Corporate
Vous avez obtenu un Master en Droit et êtes passionné par le domaine juridique.
Vous avez une première expérience en tant que Corporate Officer en fiduciaire ou PSF au Luxembourg. Notre partenaire prendra en considération une expérience allant d’un stage jusqu’à 2 ans d’expérience.
Vous êtes à l’aise en français et en anglaiset disposez aussi de bonnes compétences rédactionnelles.
En complément des éléments mentionnés ci-dessus, la motivation est indispensable. Cette équipe jeune se compose de personnes souhaitant apprendre et devenir autonome dans leur métier. Vous vous sentirez donc quotidiennement soutenu par vos collègues et supérieurs.
