An unserem Standort Munsbach suchen wir für unsere Abteilung Contractual Management - Real Assets ab sofort einen Junior Specialist (m/w/d). Zu den Aufgaben der Abteilung Contractual Management gehören die geldwäscherechtliche Prüfung von Investments im Bereich Real Assets und die initiale und laufende Überprüfung von Dienstleistern von Alternativen Investmentfonds. Sie arbeiten in einem dynamischen Umfeld und entwickeln und/oder festigen dabei Ihre Kenntnisse im Bereich Geldwäsche und Terrorismusfinanzierung sowie Kontrolle und Überwachung von externen Dienstleistern. Ihre Aufgaben bearbeiten Sie weitgehend selbständig und eigenverantwortlich. Hierbei können Sie Ihre analytischen und konzeptionellen Fähigkeiten einbringen. Dabei werden Sie von erfahrenen Mitarbeitern unterstützt und erhalten fachliche und methodische Führung sowie regelmäßiges Feed.
IHR AUFGABENGEBIET
- Durchführung von geldwäscherechtlichen Prüfungen und Erstellung von Risikoanalysen sowie Aktualisierung von Unterlagen
- Mitwirkung bei der Anbindung von Neukunden
- Selbstständige Durchführung von Analysen von (internationalen) Zielinvestitionen
- Administrative Unterstützung z.B. bei der Erfüllung von Dokumentationsverpflichtungen
- Unterstützung bei der Einführung neuer Prozesse und Tools
IHR PROFIL
- Sie haben ein abgeschlossenes Studium der Rechts
- oder Wirtschaftswissenschaften oder einen vergleichbaren Abschluss (z.B. Wirtschaftsjurist/in) oder eine vergleichbare Ausbildung (z.B. Rechtsanwaltsfachangestellte/r, Bankkauffrau/-mann)
- Sie verfügen über ein hohes Maß an Kommunikationsfähigkeit, Flexibilität und Teamgeist
- Sie besitzen ein starkes analytisches, strukturiertes Denkvermögen und arbeiten sich gern in neue Aufgabenbereiche ein
- Sie sind sicher im Umgang mit gängigen MS-Office Anwendungen und haben Spaß an digitaler Transformation
- Sie sprechend fließend Englisch (mündlich und schriftlich), Französischkenntnisse sind von Vorteil
