**Qualifications**:
- Current residency in Dubai is mandatory.
- Strong confidence and effective communication skills, particularly via telephone.
- Vibrant and upbeat personality, displaying positivity and energy.
- Previous sales experience required, preferably in Tele Sales or Real Estate roles.
- Fluent in both French and English.
**Responsibilities**:
- Collaborate with account managers to identify recruitment needs.
- Draft clear and appealing job advertisements.
- Contribute to continuous improvement of recruitment processes.
- Develop and nurture relationships with potential clients.
- Identify new business opportunities and convert them into contracts.
- Present our recruitment services to existing and potential clients.
- Participate in professional events and networks to promote our recruitment offerings and expand our client base.
