**SECONDARY SCHOOL**
**Supply (Cover) Teacher**
Temporary role (irregular hours)
Required from September 2024
**Job Purpose**:
- to carry out professional duties and to have responsibility for assigned classes;
- to be responsible for the day-to-day work and management of the class and the safety and welfare of the students, during on-site and off-site activities;
- to promote the aims and objectives of the school and maintain its philosophy.
**You will have**:
- Experience covering or delivering lessons or work to Key Stage 3 and Key Stage 4 students (aged 11 to 16 years)
- Outgoing and confident in ability to build relationships with students

- possess a detailed knowledge and understanding of the British educational system;
We are looking for an enthusiastic Supply (Cover) Teacher who is able to work irregular hours on a ad hoc basis and often with short notice.
