**Digital Marketing/ Community Manager**:
Luxembourg, Home of RAK Porcelain Europe
RAK Porcelain Europe is implemented since 2006 in Luxembourg and is increasing its presence in
Europe. We count more than 60 employees in Luxembourg and Europe.
**Role Summary**
Will report to the Marketing Director and liaise between the departments and staff members in
Bettembourg but also with those based in Europe or UAE.
Will drive the expansion of RAK Porcelain Europe into the digital environment and tools.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Management of digital brand communities and user-generated content and develop
- relationships with the influencers, Chefs’ group, etc..
- In charge of all online content publications campaigns, conception of B2B / B2C digital
- content strategies
- Manage and allocate the budget for digital publications
- Development & optimization of the web pages (asp.net / HTML) for our CRM, website,
- webshop or management modules.
- In charge of the European web eco system (website, e-catalogs, e-shops. Blogs/vlogs, apps )
- Coverage of company events (e.g., tradeshows, catalogue shootings,)
- Applies online the mark-com strategy
- Management of the external agencies and providers
- Support the wider marketing team in daily tasks if required
**Skills / Experience**
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in Marketing / Digital environment
- Excellent communication and organisation skills
- Self-motivated & capable of working on own initiative
- Knowledge in virtual reality, augmented reality production would be an asset
- Knowledge of video/motions footages and editing’s would be an asset
- English being mandatory
