As part of the development of its sustainability strategy, the Luxembourg Stock Exchange is looking for a:
**CSR Specialist**

Permanent Contract (M/F)

We are looking for a talented CSR Specialist, proficient at designing and implementing our sustainability initiatives in line with our strategy, driving employee engagement and raising awareness of the organisation’s commitment to corporate sustainability.

Tasks/missions

The CSR Specialist will be working with the Head of CSR and responsible for delivering on our CSR strategy to stakeholders and colleagues. Bringing new creative ideas, engaging staff, effectively communicating on our initiatives, delivering on our reporting obligations are key to this role.

In particular, the CSR Specialist will be responsible for the following:

- Perform a regular materiality matrix to ensure that our strategy continues to cover our material issues and those of our stakeholders.
- Bring new ideas to support and complement our CSR strategy
- Deliver on the various CSR initiatives throughout the year
- Monitor and report on the impact of the CSR plan
- Be responsible for the production of content of our “sustainability report” meeting tight and ambitious deadlines
- Oversee the annual carbon footprint assessment and contribute to our goal of achieving net zero by 2050
- Promote sustainability practices in the workplace and efficiently communicate on them
- Ensure sustainability aspects are considered when procuring products and services
- Chair the CSR committee including preparing papers, minutes, administration and driving actions
- Manage the CSR budget
- Implement processes and procedures where relevant
- Work closely with other departments to provide a holistic approach, notably with our Communication department, and also our HR and Facilities departments to deliver on specific projects linked to gender equality and our carbon footprint.

Profile
- At least 5 years of experience in the CSR field
- Strong organisation and planning skills needed
- Strategic and forward thinker
- Able to work independently, manage priorities and work towards tight deadlines
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and French
- Excellent interpersonal skills with a strong team spirit and capacity to easily federate people
- Integrity and inclusivity as driving values
