Safety:

- Manage safety (respect of existing rules, incident reports to highlight risks), with very low acceptance of risk.
- Organize with concerned departments interventions for fixing safety concerns.
- Supervise safety and environment standards.

- Ensure the availability of the requested products in time, within customer quality specifications and with the optimum efficiency.
- Optimize sequencing, development, and activity planning to reach and exceed customer needs and expectations.
- First level quality issues management (contention and correction)

- Organize daily solving sessions with other departments.
- Build and maintain a strong teamwork, a high motivation and ownership with excellent communication.
- Proactive communication of ideas and improvement actions.

- Degree in engineering with option in Logistics Management
- 3-5 years of experience in a supervisory role, in a manufacturing environment or Logistics provider is required
- Effective ability to lead, develop and direct people
- Excellent analytical skills
- Lean mindset and knowledge (VSM Analysis/ KAYSEN Meeting )
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, in English and French, German being an asset
- Knowledge of basics in logistics, planning, inventory, quality and process control.
- Advanced/Intermediate skill level with Microsoft Office Suite; Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Self-motivated and proactive at completing tasks in a timely manner
- Certification APICS is appreciated
