**About the Role**:
For our Luxembourg Headquarters we are looking for a **Business Intelligence & Analytics Data Leader**, who will report to the Global Head of Business Intelligence and Analytics.

**Main Responsibilities**:
By covering this position, you will become the **Data pillar leader within BI&A Marketing Services function**, ensuring **integrity, availability, and visibility of all data **sources in the** Consumer & Shopper** domain.
You will be responsible for **Media and Digital data models and pipelines, platforms and partners **engaged across sources, ensuring **stability**, and recommending **areas for improvement **and enrichment.
You will also **manage a team of Data Specialists and Engineers** that you will mentor, to continuously enhance their skills and professionality, together with the overall operational performance. On top of that, you will manage **external team members**, to ensure consistency of delivery and increase efficiency.

Concerning** stakeholders**, you will work closely with different actors supporting the BI&A mission.
Internally, you will **partner with Analytics and Applications pillar leaders** to coordinate Unit activities based on strategic priorities, and with the **IT team** to break down barriers to efficiency while guaranteeing data security and stability.
Moreover, you will work with **external partners**, proposing new techniques / processes and leveraging on AI and/or new technologies to improve operations. You will also **manage data vendors** and evaluate potential new ones.

Lastly, you will **help design and implement the Data Vision** for the domain, leveraging on **new technologies and processes**.

**Who we are looking for**:
You will bring your university knowledge, together with your **solid 8 to 15 years of experience** in a similar position, possibly in a multinational corporation.
Your **capability of communicating and interacting with different stakeholders** across the whole matrix organisation and externally will definitely be an asset.
Another key characteristic of yours is your **ability to manage, guide and inspire the team** of upskilled professionals that are working with you.
