DescriptionSECO Luxembourg recherche un(e) Key Account Manager afin d'initier/organiser le développement des relations commerciales/prospections et rentrer des commandes, créer et maintenir l’excellence pour l’établissement d’offres compétitives, être le point de contact pour les clients nationaux et internationaux, augmenter la visibilité de l’entreprise au service de la nouvelle clientèle potentielle, établir les parties administratives et rédactionnelles pour l’élaboration des offres, etc.
Responsabilités
- Initier/organiser le développement des relations commerciales/prospections et rentrer des commandes
- Créer et maintenir l’excellence pour l’établissement d’offres compétitives (sur le long terme)
- Premier point de contact pour les clients nationaux et internationaux
- Augmenter la visibilité de l’entreprise au service de la nouvelle clientèle potentielle
- Identifier les spécificités et risques des appels d’offres, des cahiers des charges ou des contrats
- Analyser les besoins du client en collaboration avec les ingénieurs/inspecteurs et proposer des solutions techniques adaptées
- Établir les parties administratives et rédactionnelles pour l’élaboration des offres

Exigences obligatoires
- Ingénieur diplômé en construction ou ingénieur technicien (Master ou Bachelor)
- 5 ans d’expérience dans une fonction similaire
- Sens du relationnel, le goût pour les échanges et une facilité naturelle à susciter la confiance des interlocuteurs
- Sens de l’organisation, de la rigueur et l’autonomie, afin de prendre des initiatives dans le but d’améliorer le chiffre d’affaires de l’entreprise
- Maîtrise des techniques de vente et de négociation
- Aptitude à mener des missions de prospection et de gestion de portefeuille clients
- Capacité à analyser des appels d’offres et à y répondre
- Expertise avisée dans le domaine de la construction et la connaissance des techniques du métier

Exigences utiles
- Bonne connaissance des procédures de marchés publics et de la législation en général
- Bonne maîtrise des outils informatiques
