La Chambre de Commerce est l’institution phare des entreprises et de l’économie du Luxembourg, regroupant l’ensemble des entreprises luxembourgeoises exerçant des activités industrielles, commerciales, financières, de services et émanant du secteur de l’Horeca.
Elle représente aujourd’hui quelques 90.000 entreprises, qui totalisent 80% du PIB luxembourgeois et 75% du total de l’emploi salarié.
Les « International Affairs » ont pour mission le soutien et la promotion du développement international des entreprises ressortissantes de la Chambre de Commerce. A ce titre, elles organisent de nombreuses activités de promotion des entreprises luxembourgeoises à l’international (missions économiques, participations collectives à des salons professionnels, conférences géographiques ou thématiques, accueil de délégations étrangères ).
**VOTRE MISSION**:
- **
Traitement des demandes** : assurer le soutien dans la gestion des demandes d’internationalisation de la part des clients, incluant les appels téléphoniques, la recherche d’informations, la rédaction de documents et le dispatching vers les contacts appropriés ;
- ** Service de veille sur les marchés publics** : contribuer à la gestion quotidienne du service de veille en suivant les demandes clients et en assurant la gestion quotidienne des tâches, ainsi que la facturation ;
- ** Utilisation du CRM**: exploiter le CRM pour gérer les demandes clients et maintenir à jour les données ;
- ** Plateforme digitale**: assister dans la gestion et l’utilisation de la plateforme digitale dédiée à la création des e-brochures ;
- ** Gestion des factures dans SAP** : établir, suivre et classer les factures dans SAP.
**VOTRE PROFIL**:
- Être titulaire d’un BAC +3 en administration des affaires, en gestion, en marketing, ou tout autre diplôme similaire ;
- Se prévaloir d’une expérience professionnelle pertinente dans le domaine international ;
- Avoir une bonne connaissance de l’écosystème économique luxembourgeois ;
- Être capable d’effectuer des recherches et avoir un esprit de synthèse ;
- Utiliser couramment les outils informatiques MS Office et être à l’aise dans l’utilisation simultanée de plusieurs autres outils digitaux (Word, Outlook, Excel, Powerpoint, Sharepoint, CRM, Jira,) ;
- Disposer de très bonnes facultés d’expression écrite et orale des langues française, anglaise et allemande ; la maîtrise de la langue luxembourgeoise ou de tout autre langue est considérée comme un atout certain ;
- Faire preuve d’une grande rigueur, avoir un sens aigu de l’organisation et savoir prioriser les tâches ;
- Savoir travailler de façon autonome et prendre des initiatives ;
- Être doté d’un sens du service développé et savoir communiquer et travailler efficacement en équipe afin de fournir un service de haute qualité.
