Nous sommes une équipe de **160 collaborateurs** répartis dans 4 pôles d’expertise **:Data Technologies**, **Cloud & Application Services, Cybersecurity & Infrastructure et Consulting.**

**Description du poste**
Contexte:
Fort de 50 collaborateurs, notre pôle d’expertise Cloud & Application Services a pour mission d’accompagner nos clients dans leurs projets digitaux de bout en bout.

Quel que soit le mode d’engagement, régie, forfait ou infogérance, l’expertise technique et fonctionnelle de nos collaborateurs permet à notre Digital Factory d’apporter une solution adaptée à tous les besoins de nos clients.

Taches

En rejoignant notre équipe en tant que Test Manager, vous serez amené à participer aux activités de tests et d’assurance qualité dans le cadre de mission de consultance pour nos clients, sur divers projets d’innovation digitale.

En tant que Test Manager, vous aurez la responsabilité de:

- Manager l’équipe tests et assurer l’interface avec les différents métiers : les équipes ingénierie, de production informatique et de support entre autre ;
- Assurer un rôle de conseil sur la gestion de la qualité autour des outils et méthodes de tests;
- Effectuer des évaluations de risques, gérer les risques ;
- Définir et instaurer la mise en œuvre de stratégies de tests en veillant à intégrer les paramètres de délais, risques, budget,
- Rédiger des rapports de tests et établir des calendriers ;
- Analyser et concevoir des cas de tests à partir des spécifications fonctionnelles et techniques ;
- Mettre en place des outils automatisés pour les tests de performance ou de non régression;
- Identifier quand l’automatisation des tests est appropriée, planifiez le développement et aidez à choisir les bons outils ;
- Conduire l’exécution des scénarios de test;
- Réaliser le suivi des activités de tests depuis le développement jusqu’à la livraison en production ;
- Participer activement au suivi du statut des livrables et des activités à l’équipe de gestion projet;
- Coordonner les équipes et communiquer avec les différents métiers et l’IT ;
- Assurer la veille technologique sur les outils de test et promouvoir l’innovation;
- En plus de ces activités, et selon vos motivations et votre spécialité, vous pouvez être amené(e) à évoluer sur des projets d’automatisation de tests et de performance, via les différents outils du marchés (HP UFT, Selenium, HP Loadrunner,). **Qualifications**
Profil
- Vous avez 3 ans d’expérience minimum dans une fonction de Test Manager ;
- Vous êtes certifié(e) ISTQB;
- Vous êtes soucieux du détail et de la qualité;
- Vous avez de bonnes compétences en communication orale et écrite (anglais et français au minimum) ;
- Vous pouvez travailler aussi bien en équipe que de façon autonome ;
- Vous avez une expertise technique dans la mise en œuvre d’une méthodologie et d’outils de test standard du secteur ;
- Vous avez +/- 5 ans d’expérience dans l’élaboration de plans de tests, de scénarios de tests, de l’exécution de scénarios de tests et de la documentation de résultats de tests ;
- Vous avez +/- 2 ans d’expérience dans l’élaboration de la stratégie de test pour les programmes à grande échelle et dans la traçabilité des exigences tout au long du cycle de dévelo
