**We are seeking a Senior Adviser in Management Consulting to support our Customer Experience and Change Management practices**
Within the Management Consulting Team, KPMG is looking for consultants / business analysts / project managers who combine a strong understanding of Customer Experience, Change Management practices and proven exticesposure in Business Transformation projects in all sectors, from Financial Services to Corporate and Public Sector.
**What you will be working on**
- The design of new offerings for our cross-sector clients,
- The delivery of various types of organizational and business transformation projects
- Strategy and roadmap definition, Operational efficiency, and business process automation
- Customer experience improvement: develop and implement digital strategies to enhance the overall customer experience
- Change Management: Guide clients through the organizational changes required for successful digital transformation
- Stay abreast of the latest trends and emerging technologies in the digital space
**What we look for**
- You hold a Master's degree in Finance, Economics, Management, IT, Engineering, or any other related domain
- You can demonstrate between 1 and 3 years of experience in business analysis / project management in cross-sector industry
- You have a taste for innovation and technology, and eventually a first experience with CRM or HRIS tools
- You have a good understanding of the main challenges faced by companies today
- You have strong analytical and interpersonal skills
- You have developed excellent presentation and communication skills
- You are fluent in English and French. German and/or Luxembourgish are an advantage
