**Fonction**:

- Le rental agent assure:

- L'accueil du client au comptoir et au téléphone,
- Analyser correctement les besoins du client et le conseiller sur le choix de la location de son matériel,
- Préparer les offres conformément aux procédures,
- Établir les contrats de location de A à Z conformément aux procédures et aux annexes correspondantes, par exemple en cas d'intempéries, de réparations, etc.
- Suivre correctement la facturation,
- Le suivi administratif des retours
- Tenir à jour les classements, les accords régionaux et les "mauvais payeurs".

ORGANISATION ET GESTION DE L'AGENCE:

- Le rental agent veille à la bonne organisation de l'agence:

- planifiant le travail du gestionnaire de parc,
- en organisant le transport du matériel (livraisons et enlèvements),
- en passant les commandes en temps voulu auprès des fournisseurs et en les contrôlant,
- planifier l'entretien des sits,
- collaborer avec le chef d'atelier pour établir les priorités des commandes,
- veiller à la propreté et à l'ordre au sein de l'agence,
- veiller à la bonne gestion des stocks du magasin,
- veiller à la visibilité des campagnes de marketing.

**Profil**:
**Mission commerciale**

L'agent de location s'occupe de:

- Réceptioner numérique et téléphoniquement les clients,
- Analyser correctement les besoins du client et le conseiller dans le choix de la location de son appareil,
- L'etablissement des devis conformément aux procédures,
- La rédaction des contrats de location de A à Z selon les procédures et les annexes d'accompagnement,
- Suivi correct de la facturation,
- Le suivi administratif des retours,
- Tenir à jour les classements, les accords régionaux et les «mauvais payeurs»,
- Contacter de nouveaux clients potentiels par prospection téléphonique,
- Bon contact avec le Délégué Technique Commercial pour pouvoir répondre rapidement aux opportunités.

**Langues**:

- Très bonne connaissance du Français
