**Ferrero Head Quarter **in **Luxembourg **is looking for a senior profile to join the **Digital team **.

**Main tasks**
**Reporting line & Interactions
- Direct report to the Global President of Ferrero Pralines;
- Member of the Group Digital Board;
- Collaboration with Head of Media, Marketing, IT, PR, Legal;
- Coordination of key external partners (Social media agency, content production studio, web development agency).

Strategy & Change Management
- Building and implementing the brands’ global digital strategy across geographies;
- Driving Ferrero Pralines digital transformation via a content and innovation-oriented approach;
- Editorial plan & Content;
- Storytelling and editorial strategy;
- Style guideline and playbook creation for agencies and BUs;
- Conception, production and promotion of brand content across digital channels;
- Set-up of a content production platform for the brand.

Touch-points & Media
- Development, rollout and updates of the global digital ecosystem: websites / mobile apps / social media;
- UX/UI and digital design management for all owned platforms;
- Traffic management: coordination of the relation between digital agencies and internal stakeholders for the set-up, update and maintenance of digital projects;
- SEO management;
- Creation and constant monitoring of performance tracking dashboards / KPIs (focus on reach and engagement of the target) in collaboration with the group digital board.

Job Requirements

**Profile**
- MSc Business Administration, Economics or related, MBA a plus;
- 8 years’ experience at senior level in Marketing and/or trade marketing from companies having a strong expertise in category management and shopper activation;
- Strong managing people skills and interpersonal ones;
- Solid leadership;
- Strong organizational skills;
- Ability to lead cross-functional teams;
- Ability to prioritize and multi-task;
- Ability to set goals and meet deadlines;
- Curious mind.

**Languages**
- Fluent English, Italian is a plus, any additional languages is a plus.

**It Skills**
- Office (Word, Proficient personal computer skills with MS Excel, Power Point, Outlook)
