Für unser Team Client Services Depositary an unserem Standort in Munsbach / Luxemburg suchen wir einen Specialist (m/w/d) Client Services Depositary
- Luxemburg- Hauck Aufhäuser Lampe Privatbank AG- Festanstellung- VollzeitDEIN AUFGABENGEBIET
- Koordination der durch das Relationship Management akquirierten Neuprojekte in Zusammenarbeit mit Hauck & Aufhäuser Alternative Investment Services S.A. und Hauck & Aufhäuser Fund Services S.A. sowie Dritt-KVGen.
- Kunden-Onboarding inklusive Durchführung von KYC-Prozessen in Übereinstimmung mit den regulatorischen Anforderungen
- Betreuung des Online Bankings inklusive Aufsatz/ Anpassung von Nutzerrechten sowie Übernahme fortlaufender Themen und Projekte
- Bearbeitung operativer Themen im Tagesgeschäft, Betreuung von Transaktionen und Client Service Tätigkeiten
- Support für interne Anfragen seitens der Verwahrstelle und externer Partner
- Begleitung von Migrationen seitens der Depotbank (Abstimmung Migrationsdokumente und operativer Set-Up)
- Entgegennahme und Bearbeitung von telefonischen und schriftlichen Kundenanfragen
DEIN PROFIL
- Erfolgreich abgeschlossene Bank
- oder Investmentfondsausbildung, idealerweise in Kombination mit einer Fortbildung Bank
- oder Investmentfachwirt (m/w/d) oder vergleichbare Ausbildung
- 3 - 5 Jahre Berufserfahrung, vorzugsweise im Client Service bei einer Verwahrstelle / Depotbank oder einer Kapitalverwaltungsgesellschaft
- Kenntnisse im Wertpapier-, Einlagen
- und Kreditgeschäft
- Teamfähigkeit, Kontaktfreudigkeit und hohe Kundenorientierung
- Gute Deutsch
- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
- Umfangreiche PC-Kenntnisse, sicherer Umgang mit den gängigen MS-Office-Anwendungen
