Senior Facilities Specialist

Your tasks will include: General repairs & technical maintenance work Office movements & outside landscaping Post service & meeting room setup Be the first point of contact for workplace services Assist with small construction duties Carry out duties in a manner which helps minimizing the incidents and accidents in line with applicable instructions Share important information with regard to maintenance and refurbishments with relevant internal & external stakeholders Carry out allocated tasks and duties with regard to the proper maintenance of FEC & Contern buildings Ensure that case requests (tickets) for all issues such as Power, HVAC, cleaning, electrical, loading and unloading trucks are processed Ensuring the timely execution, documentation and needed corrective actions of all periodic inspections and further statutory and regulatory requirements Weekly site inspection rounds formalized by an inspection report Primary contact for facility related emergencies, which may require evening and weekend work
**Profil**
Your profile: Certified Electrician, HVAC Technician or similar Education with minimum 5 years of experience in Facilities department Good communication skills Good organizational & planning skills Great customer service skills Good administration skills with an eye for details Team player mind-set and ‘can-do’ approach Awareness and understanding of health & safety in the workplace Valid forklift license is an advantage Problem solving attitude Good knowledge of Microsoft Office/M365 Fluent in German & English, French is an advantage QUALITY: Strong focus on customer service and quality of work RESPECT: Flexible and resilient personality, treating all colleagues with respect PASSION: Passionate about your area of work and committed to your responsibilities
