**Rattaché(e) au département Data Office, vous assurez la maîtrise, la qualité et le bon usage des données tout au long de leur cycle de vie par l’ensemble des parties prenantes, conformément aux principes et règles énoncés dans la politique de gouvernance des données et dans le strict respect des exigences légales et règlementaires**
**Responsabilités**:
- Être l’interlocuteur privilégié des entités opérationnelles pour toute question en relation avec les données (et leur cycle de vie) et les accompagner vers une manipulation efficace des données à travers la bonne compréhension de leurs besoins et exigences de qualité et le développement de solutions appropriées
- Soutenir les équipes informatiques dans la compréhension, l’utilisation et la classification des données
- Assurer la documentation des règles de gestion (filtre, transformation, agrégation) et des processus de contrôles des données dans les documents d’expression des besoins, d’architecture high-level et spécifications fonctionnelles
- Participer à la mise en œuvre des règles de classification et de conservation des données
- Participer à la définition et mettre en œuvre des métriques et des règles pour mesurer et surveiller la qualité des données
- Créer et tenir à jour le dictionnaire, la traçabilité et la documentation des métadonnées pour fournir une compréhension complète des données du SI
- Participer à la définition des règles d'accès aux données et des autorisations en fonction de la sensibilité des données et des rôles des utilisateurs
- Suivre les KPI en relation avec la qualité des données et remonter les erreurs et les incohérences aux entités opérationnelles et au Chief Data Officer
- En collaboration avec les Data Owners, coordonner des actions de correction de la qualité des données
- Procéder à des analyses de données dans le cadre de la maîtrise de la connaissance des données
**Profil souhaité**:
- De niveau Bac+ 5 en informatique, en gestion de la donnée, en statistiques ou domaine connexe
- Expérience professionnelle confirmée de minimum 5 ans dans des activités d’intégration et d’analyse de données et notamment de qualité de données
- Expérience professionnelle significative dans la gestion des données, la gouvernance des données ou des rôles similaires
- Connaissance approfondie des concepts et des principes de gestion des données, de la gouvernance des données et de la qualité des données
- Compétences techniques, y compris la maîtrise des outils et des technologies de gestion des données
- Connaissance de l’outil de modélisation Sparx ou disposer à l’apprendre
- Capacité d'interprétation des données
- Familiarité avec les réglementations sur la confidentialité des données et des meilleures pratiques en matière de sécurité des données
- Compréhension de l’environnement (clients, activités, données sensibles,) et du fonctionnement de la Banque
- Sens de l’analyse, esprit de synthèse et rigueur
- Force de proposition, sens de la qualité et esprit d’équipe
- Capacités avérées dans la résolution de problèmes et dans la prise de décision
- Capacité à travailler de manière autonome et à hiérarchiser les tâches dans un environnement en évolution rapide
- Excellent relationnel et capacité d’écoute (interactions avec une pluralité d’acteurs : IT, Métiers, Fonctions de contrôle)
- Excellente maîtrise du français et anglais, le luxembourgeois et l’allemand sont considérés comme un atout
