**Your role**
- Do you know AIFMD & UCITS V regulations? Do you know how to solve problems and increase efficiencies?
- We’re looking for someone like that who can:
- manage and perform depositary bank oversight, due diligence on fund delegates, cash flow monitoring & safekeeping supervision controls
- work with internal & external parties to resolve queries, escalate issues and handle audit requests
- keep up-to-date with related business, technical and regulatory developments
- take care of on boardings of new clients, assess complexity and define adequate requirements and controls
- take part to onsite / offsite assessment of Management Companies, Transfer Agents & Fund Administrators
- review the control framework and come up with improvements

**Your team**
- You’ll be working in the Depositary Bank Control Team of UBS Europe SE, Luxembourg Branch. We are responsible for all regulatory controls under UCITS V and AIFMD. We are a very divers and dynamic team that applies a high degree of collaboration within the daily work life. Together and only as a TEAM we pass all obstacles and projects within the frequently changing regulatory environment. Ready to go the extra mile with us?

**Your expertise**
- a first experience in a custody or fund administration or within a financial institution
- good knowledge of operational aspects of the depositary, custody or fund administration activities
- a strong understanding of UCITS and AIFMD regulations
- totally committed and constantly willing to develop yourself in a dynamic environment
- comfortable working productively in a team-oriented, collaborative environment as well as independently
- analytical and able to articulate issues, formulate and present recommendations
- a great communicator, with the ability to interact appropriately at all levels in the organization
- fluent in English; French and/or German are assets
