Fleet Specialist

MANPOWER Luxembourg SA recruits for one of its clients, a well-known company located in Findel:
Fleet Specialist (M/W/X)

Tempory contract

**Tasks**:

- Answer to all the arriving requests from the clients (from the resolution of an issue related to the car to the support on the selection of a brand-new car, explaining Optional, engine characteristics, colors etc).
- Take care of the "lifecycle" of the fleet (maintenance booking, summer/winter tires change booking, car orders. ).
- Support the manager of the service in any requested administrative, back-office activity.
- Invoice management in SAP

**Profile**:

- Previous exp in similar positions or in service delivery is a plus
- French English mandatory; Any other languages is a plus
- SAP (Invoicing)
- Microsoft office environment (PPT,Word,Excel)
- Excellent organization skills; Attention to detail
- Communication skills
- Problem solving
- Interested and informed on the automotive trends, models and innovation
- Reliable, patient, polite
- Able to interact to top level of the organization
