**Contexte du poste**:
Au sein du département Conseil, vous faite partie de l’équipe Advisory et accompagnez vos clients dans la réalisation de leurs projets de transformation du pilotage de la performance groupe. Votre expertise en FP&A, optimisation des processus, gestion du changement et mise en œuvre de systèmes financiers (Jedox, Planning Analytics, Tagetik, SAP) sera essentielle pour mener à bien des projets de transformation financière.
Vous travaillerez donc en étroite collaboration avec des Directeurs Financiers / CFO, afin de les conseillers, accompagner et leurs permettre d’aligner les aspects financiers sur les objectifs d’organisation et favoriser une croissance commerciale durable.

**L’équipe Advisory**:
**Stratégie de transformation**: Collaborer avec la direction financière pour définir les objectifs et la feuille de route stratégique de la transformation financière. Évaluer les processus financiers existants, recommander des stratégies de transformation et établir les stratégies.
**Gestion du changement**: Mettre en place des stratégies de gestion du changement pour faciliter l’adoption des initiatives de transformation financière.
**Optimisation des processus financiers**: Analyser les processus financiers, les flux de travail et les systèmes existants et faire des recommandations appropriées.
**Implémentation de la technologie financière**: Évaluer et sélectionner les solutions technologiques, collaborer avec les équipes informatiques et financières pour intégrer les systèmes et garantir l’intégrité des données.
**Mesurer la performance financière**: Établir des indicateurs clés de performance, mettre en place des tableaux de bord et rapports pour évaluer l’impact de transformation.
**Vos attentes**:
- Appétence pour stratégies commerciales et identifier le besoin des clients et/ou futurs clients ;
- Volonté d’accroitre l’activité de l’équipe et prendre un rôle de business partner ;
- Capacités managériales et de Project Management : suivi et accompagnement du projet de bout en bout ;
- Maîtrise et compréhension des systèmes financiers tels que : Jedox, Planning Anlaytics, SAP, Tagetik et autres outils similaires ;
**Profil recherché**:
- Diplômé(e) d’un BAC +5 d’une école d’ingénieur et/ou de commerce / MBA / Master CCA ;
- 5+ années d’expérience en cabinet de conseil au sein du département de Transformation, Advisory, ou Consulting EPM/ERP ;
- Excellente communication en anglais ;
- Excellente capacité de communication, esprit analytique et fibre commerciale ;
