Technical Documentation Expert

The PowerDrive Systems group is looking for a technical documentation expert to support the global head of hardware architecture in developing the next generation engineering development process.

After roll out, you will work on regular updates and punctually help engineering project teams to track status and progress on deliverables.

Key Roles and Responsabilities
- Sharepoint Development - Edit documents, build sites, build folders, etc.
- Document Conversion - Visio, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, PDF, etc.
- EDF implementation on Method Park Stages - Modify links, activities, work products, workflows, tasks, roles and responsibilities., interaction with Sharepoint
- Assist with development and roll out of training packages for new system implementation
- Help project teams to monitor their documentation status and support them with getting the documentation status ready for internal and external assessments
- Active participation and interaction with other BorgWarner’s sites across different regions

Your Profile
- Associates degree required
- 5+ years administrative experience
- Sharepoint knowledge including ability to create sites, folders, etc.
- Excel experience including ability to build and modify spreadsheets including complex formulas
- Resource Advisor ability to identify and differentiate costs and allocate to the appropriate site for monthly tracking purposes
- Experience with document conversion with Microsoft Office
- Strong communication skills are essential

Fluency in English is required
