BLI - Banque de Luxembourg Investments est la société de gestion d'actifs de la Banque de Luxembourg. Elle propose des services de gestion de fonds et de portefeuilles aux clients privés et institutionnels. En tant qu'investisseurs sur le long terme BLI privilégie une gestion de conviction recherchant des entreprises de qualité possédant des modèles économiques claires et transparents, et disposant d'avantages compétitifs solides et pérennes. Depuis la signature des Principes d'Investissement Responsable des Nations Unies en 2017, la dimension ESG a pris une part croissante dans la démarche d'investissement de BLI.

Pour renforcer son activité nous recherchons un.e US Analyst pour le Desk Equities

Votre mission:
En tant qu'analyste, votre objectif principal sera d'effectuer des recherches qualitatives et quantitatives sur le marché US afin de soutenir nos gérants de fonds - equities.
- Générer des propositions d'investissement en utilisant et développant la méthodologie BLI « Business Like Investing » ;
- Assurer le suivi des sous-jacents afin de contrôler leur comportement (performance, risque) au sein des portefeuilles ou des fonds en sélection ;
- Produire une communication claire via des présentations ou des comptes rendus sur les titres suivis afin de fournir des informations concises et utiles
- Développer une compétence en matière d'analyse ESG, comprendre les tenants et aboutissants de la réglementation afin d'aider les gérants dans leurs prises de décisions en la matière ;
- Rencontrer des spécialistes financiers (brokers, analystes, etc.) afin de confronter les idées et convictions d'investissement et assurer le suivi des sous-jacents ;
- Identifier et implémenter des pistes d'amélioration des processus dont l'équipe est responsable afin d'en augmenter l'efficience, le contrôle et/ou la valeur ajoutée.

**Profil**:
Votre profil:

- Vous êtes diplômé-e d'un Master en Finance, Economie, Ingénierie ou Mathématiques ;
- Vous bénéficiez d'une expérience avérée, minimum 6 ans, dans une fonction similaire en tant qu'analyste financier ;
- Vous êtes un.e spécialiste du domaine des actions avez une connaissance approfondie du marché américain ;
- Vous démontrez de solides compétences en modélisation quantitative, analytique et financière ;
- Vous avez des compétences avancées en MS Excel. La pratique de Python est un atout ;
- Vous êtes proactif.ve et avez de bonnes compétences en communication ;
- Vous disposez d'excellentes capacités analytiques et êtes en mesure de traduire vos analyses d'une manière structurée et concise ;
- La connaissance de Bloomberg (API) ou d'autres fournisseurs de données de marché comparables est un atout ;
- Vous parlez couramment le français et l'anglais. L'allemand et le luxembourgeois sont considérés comme un atout.
