**Bilingual Personal Assistant (M/F)**:
**Tasks**:

- Provide proactive and high-level office management and ensure a well organised day-to-day functioning for the vice-rector of research, doctoral education and interdisciplinarity;
- Build and maintain a relationship built on trust, in order to enable management to operate in an effective and efficient manner. Able to anticipate or recognize issues and refer them immediately to the right person for resolution;
- Ensure the confidential handling of sensitive documents and information and its adequate follow-up;
- Ensure administrative activities such as reporting, presentations and budget follow-up;
- Agenda management;
- Organise, prepare and follow-up on internal and external meetings conferences and other events.

**Profile**:

- French and English business fluent
- You have the maturity to deal with high-level stakeholders
- You are a calm, consistent, proactive and stress resistant individual
- You are able to handle multiple tasks
