TASK RESPONSIBILITIES:
The position holder is responsible for daily registration and recording of time related data. All the discrepancies with internal rules and regulations must be identified and reported to his/her department head.
- Collect, control and register attendance and absenteeism data such as employee work hours, overtime, vacation hours, sick and other special leaves
- Prepare data for legal reporting by performing data input especially on overtime, vacation and sickness
- Issue statistics regarding time related data
- Liaise with different departments such as payroll
- Provide internal customer support by responding to routine timekeeping issues, clarifying procedures, updates and changes to employees and resolving discrepancies
- Keep archives as required by internal/external requirements
- React in case of technical problems of the system by informing the concerned departments and finding solutions

ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS FOR THE POSITION:

- High School Diploma Degree, Bachelor Degree in Accounting/Business Administration is an advantage
- 1-2 years of experience in a similar position
- Fluency in written and spoken English, French, German and Luxembourgish, other languages are a distinct advantage
- Advanced knowledge in MS Office (Excel, Word, Powerpoint and Outlook)
- Previous SAP knowledge is considered as an advantage, particularly in TIME module
- Solid experience in data collection, entry and reporting with a great attention to detail and confidentiality
- Familiar with general accounting principles and solid knowledge of the legislation, policies and regulation
- Excellent organizational, analytic and time management skills
- Excellent verbal, interpersonal, written and communication skills
- Customer and result orientated

WORKING CONDITIONS:

- A Certificate of good conduct (Casier judiciaire, Polizeiliches Führungszeugnis) will be required in case of positive selection
