**Goal**

**Responsibilities**:

- Analysing client’s needs and establishing appropriate contracts
- Evaluating and accepting risks and determining premium and payment allocation in new contracts
- Providing accurate international Customer Service both by phone and in writing to clients, distribution partners and HR Departments
- Ensuring accuracy and quality in all aspects of the role including correspondence, system updates, process and procedure implementation, overall department reporting
- Taking ownership for assigned or designated internal projects or initiatives related to Policy Administration
- Dealing with complaints swiftly and accurately to help achieve customer satisfaction as well as service standards
- Ensuring that the appropriate medium is used for both internal -and external communication
- Acting as a point of contact for any query in regards to policy administration
- Taking ownership for keeping up-to-date on all technical aspects of the job/products, procedures, compliance and legal issues

**Profile**:

- Relevant experience in Client Services/ Policy Administration in the insurance sector, preferably in Health Insurance
- Able to clearly and comprehensively outline complex issues both verbally and in writing
- Strong client service focus
- Be able to work in a team as well as autonomously
- Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage own work efficiently
- Ability to meet deadlines and prioritize work effectively
- Ability to work in a regulated environment and to respect the external and internal guidelines
- Outstanding communication skills, proactive and solution oriented
- Ability to maintain performance and positive relationships in stressful situations
- Strong attention to detail and self-motivation
- Good command of MS office products
- Fluent English and German at native level - any other language would be an asset (French /Dutch)
