L'équipe Market Risks accompagne les activités de marché en se chargeant de la maîtrise des risques qui en émanent, couvrant la mesure, la modélisation, le contrôle, la déclaration et le reporting de ces risques.

Votre mission:
En tant que Team Leader Market Risks, vous faites évoluer le dispositif de maîtrise des risques, en assumant les responsabilités suivantes:

- Superviser les activités des risques de marchés afin de garantir le respect des délais, des procédures et de la réglementation en vigueur.
- Encadrer et accompagner l'équipe Market Risks dans la réalisation de leurs objectifs afin de développer et de valoriser les compétences et le potentiel de chaque membre de l'équipe.
- Organiser, planifier et optimiser la gestion des ressources afin de garantir le fonctionnement efficace de l'équipe.
- Définir et implémenter des mesures de risque encadrant les risques de marché et prendre des mesures appropriées en cas de détection de dépassements, d'activités inhabituelles ou de problèmes récurrents avec les outils de suivi, afin de contribuer à un environnement de maîtrise des risques et permettre au management de pouvoir se reposer sur un dispositif solide.
- Initier des propositions d'évolution de l'environnement de contrôle continu du respect de la politique en matière d'activités de marché, afin d'assurer un dispositif de contrôle adapté aux besoins réglementaires et besoins du métier.
- Proposer des projets en lien avec l'évolution des outils (front & middle-office) de gestion des risques de marché, afin d'accroître l'automatisation et l'efficacité de l'activité.
- Revoir les cartographies et analyses des risques des activités de marché, les analyses de nouveaux produits et les analyses d'incidents opérationnels en lien avec les activités de marché, afin de fournir au management les informations clé pour comprendre et mitiger les risques dans ce domaine.

**Profil**:
Votre profil:

- Vous avez une formation académique universitaire en finance ou STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, Mathematics). Une certification GARP FRM, CFA, ou équivalente, est considérée comme un sérieux atout ;
- Vous bénéficiez de minimum 10 ans d'expérience dans le domaine des risques de marché ;
- Fort-e d'une expérience réussie en management d'équipe, le développement et l'épanouissement de vos collaborateurs est au cœur de vos préoccupations ;
- Vous avez d'excellentes connaissances des instruments financiers (marché monétaire, marché obligataire, dérivés de change, dérivés de taux d'intérêt) et êtes à l'aise dans les règlementations en lien avec les activités de marché (EMIR, MiFIR, Market abuse, Bâle IV, notamment FRTB, Market risks et Counterparty Credit Risk) ;
- Vous disposez également de très bonnes connaissances des marchés financiers et de ses acteurs (marchés réglementés, marchés alternatifs, marchés OTC, chambres de compensation, contreparties centrales, brokers, dealers, dépositaires, correspondants et émetteurs) ;
- Vous avez une forte expertise des flux de transactions et de données traversant une salle de marché ;
- De bonnes connaissances du système bancaire d'Avaloq et/ou du système Kondor+ seraient un atout ;
- Orienté-e solutions et proactif-ve, vous avez le sens des responsabilités et êtes à l'aise dans les situations de pression ;
- Vous êtes reconnu-e pour vos excellentes capacités d'analyse et de synthèse ;
- Vous maitrisez parfaitement le français et l'anglais.
