**1 Sustainability Advisor** **(M/F/x)**
**à temps plein et pour une durée déterminée d'un an
La Chambre de Commerce est l’institution phare des entreprises et de l’économie du Luxembourg, regroupant l’ensemble des entreprises luxembourgeoises exerçant des activités industrielles, commerciales, financières, de services et émanant du secteur de l’Horeca.
Elle représente aujourd’hui quelques 90.000 entreprises, intervenant à raison de 80% dans le PIB luxembourgeois et occupant 75% du total de l’emploi salarié.
L’équipe «Sustainability & Business Development» de la Chambre de Commerce est en charge du pilotage et de la coordination de la démarche de développement durable de la Chambre de Commerce, qui s’articule autour des piliers People, Planet, Business et Community.
A travers la **House of Sustainability**, elle met en œuvre des services de sensibilisation, d’information, d’accompagnement des entreprises dans l’objectif de faciliter la transition durable des entreprises luxembourgeoises.
**RESPONSABILITÉS**
Au sein de l’équipe «Sustainability & Business Development», vous soutenez le déploiement et le suivi de la stratégie de développement durable de la Chambre de Commerce, dont notamment les actions suivantes:
- développer et mettre en œuvre des formats d’information et de sensibilisation autour de la durabilité (événements, ateliers, communications,)
- participer à la réalisation d’une étude sur l’avancement du développement durable dans les entreprises luxembourgeoises
- contribuer au développement et à la mise en œuvre de programmes d’accompagnement et de formation des entreprises en matière de durabilité, notamment sur le volet de la CSRD
- contribuer à des projets internes divers (bilan carbone, reporting ESG, achats durables )
- développer des contenus pour la plateforme web sustainability.lu
- assurer une veille active de l’actualité sur le développement durable et la RSE au niveau national, européen et international
- participer à des événements, groupes de travail et visites d’entreprises.
**COMPÉTENCES REQUISES**
- être titulaire d’une maîtrise / d’un master en développement durable, en sciences économiques, en gestion, ou assimilé
- se prévaloir d’une expérience professionnelle pertinente constitue un atout
- disposer d’excellentes facultés d’expression écrite et orale des langues française et anglaise, la pratique des langues luxembourgeoise et allemande étant un atout certain
- faire preuve d’un fort intérêt et de connaissances sur le développement durable (paysage règlementaire, tendances et actualités ) et le monde entrepreneurial
- disposer d’une orientation-client développée
- avoir le sens des responsabilités et savoir prendre des initiatives
- posséder de bonnes capacités relationnelles et de communication, savoir travailler en équipe
