Commercial Controller

**Job Details & Key Objectives**
- Work closely with the finance teams in our European production plants to support their sales performance via analysis of orderbook profitability and margins;
- A key player in the Actuals, Budgeting and Forecasting process by providing variance analyses for the different commercial markets & products on shipments & prices;
- Design financial models to help analyze the data and improve the accuracy of forecasting cost & margins;
- Business partnering with a range of internal stakeholders (CMO, Supply Chain,..) to drive profitability up and cost base down
- Follow-up closely the commercial impacts for our biggest production site;
- Follow-up closely long-term hedging for our strategic products;
- Production of timely management information to support the senior management
- Provide ad hoc analyses & recommendations
**Applicant Attributes**
- Master's degree (Economics, Finance, Data Science, Mathematics,..)
- Minimum of 5 years of professional experience
- English advanced (any other European language would be an advantage)
**Other Minimum Requirements**:
- Skills should include finance and accounting, understanding of IS/IT systems
- Position requires excellent analytical skills, good level of written and verbal communication in English and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to support and guide business management on financial objectives, to manage simultaneously several projects, to meet deadlines and to manage competing priorities.
- International experience would be an advantage (as function requires frequent contacts with international network)
- Proactive, flexible & ability to follow-up on issues
- Eager to learn and multitasker.
- Strong analysis and problem-solving skills
