Main Component Replacement/dismantling Technician

The MCR technician contributes to the exchange of big components on wind farms. MDWind technicians work on wind farms all over Europe.

Tasks will include:

- Focus on health and safety, wear all required safety equipment on site
- Carry out repairs as well as maintenance and inspection works on turbines of various brands
- Perform main component exchange
- Take responsibility for tools, material and vehicles on site
- Climb up and down wind turbines on a daily basis

**Job requirements**:
You should hold a formal qualification in mechanical and/or electrical engineering with work experience within the wind industry or related sector. Beyond that you will have the following experience and skills:

- GWO
- At least basic command of English
- Team spirit
- Health and safety mindset
- Flexibility
- Previous work experience as installation technician (experience in main component replacement is an asset)
- Problem solver and can-do attitude
- Communication skills
- Valid driver's license (mandatory)
- Customer focus
- Medical fitness is required
- EU resident
