**Customer base analyst (f/h)**:
L’expert s’assure de la bonne gestion de la base client B2C, B2B, (Soho/SMEs), de l’intégrité des données, en passant par une segmentation pertinente (profils/revenus) jusqu’aux propositions d’accompagnement de mouvements de base pour réduire le churn (en réactif comme en prédictif), augmenter la fidélité des clients et optimiser les revenus.
A partir de ses analyses, des demandes commerciales ou opérationnelles, il détermine les actions à mener, grâce à une feuille de route partagée avec les départements impactés. Il réalise les campagnes de Marketing direct par ses propres soins.
**Rôles et responsabilités clés**
**Gestion des données client & connaissance des clients**
- S’assurer de l’intégrité des données/critères de la base clients. Traiter les données d’un point de vue statistiques quantitatives et qualitatives
- Suivre les mouvements de la base, entrants, changeant et sortants et en tirer les conclusions et mettre en place les actions correctives
- Mettre en place la bonne segmentation de la clientèle afin de s’adresser aux clients en fonction de leurs besoins (fidélité, actualités, produits) et des critères marketing
- Assurer la liaison avec les autres départements pour guider une approche unifiée de la gestion de la base client
**Actions et opérations**
- Suivre le churn, identifier les causes, mettre en place des analyses prédictives et proposer des plans d’action anti-churn, en transverse avec les autres départements qui interagissent avec les clients (sales, Opérations, Télé sales)
- Organiser les possibles migrations dans leur ensemble. Informer/communiquer auprès de ces derniers, mesurer les impacts sur les différents services, assurer le suivi opérationnel et financier des mouvements au travers de tableaux de bord ad-hoc pour communication
- Participe à la mise en place d’un plan de fidélisation
- Analyse les parcours des clients sur le web
**Compétences clés**
- Maitrise du traitement des données (statistique/BI/modélisation)
- Maîtrise d’outils tel que Python, R2, et de requêtes (macro, SQL...)
- Connaissance en KYC, « customer first »,sont des avantages
- Maîtrise des activités de Marketing Direct (campagnes digitales, phoning, mailings)
- Réaliser des analyses de Base (segmentations, profils, cohortes )
- Toutes activités relatives à l’émergence d’idées ou d’initiatives (brainstorming, focus groupe )
- Organisation du travail/actions (Gantt, matrice de priorisation, roadmap, KPIs et tableaux de bord)
- Français et Anglais (Le luxembourgeois ou autres langues sont des avantages)
