Finance/Accounting

A company is only as good as its people. And, as we always want to be at the top of our game, you’ll need to be there too if you want to work with us. We are currently looking for the right person to join our Finance department.

**Your responsibilities would include**:

- Preparation and analysis of monthly plant analytical P&L
- For the Plant in Echternach:

- Purchase price variances calculation
- Inventory provisions, control, and analysis and support of annual inventory count
- Product Margin Variance Analysis
- Budget preparation
- Preparing the month end closure
- Manufacturing fixed-costs Variance Analysis
- Standard cost settings, calculations and maintenance relating to:

- Product cost calculation
- Transfer prices calculations and maintenance
- Yearly inventory (re)valuation
- Maintaining controlling master data in SAP
- Submitting recurring/ non-recurring ad-hoc reports in a timely manner
- Leading internal process, reporting, and controlling tools improvements

**You would need to meet the following requirements**:

- Academic degree in Economics, with focus on Accounting/Controlling or equivalent
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in manufacturing /industrial company or auditing firm (with exposure to industrial customers)
- A good knowledge of Standard Costing method and Transfer Price calculations
- Experience in Profit Center Accounting is an advantage
- A good understanding of accounting processes in a manufacturing environment and controlling tools
- Excellent knowledge of MS-Office (Excel, PowerPoint)
- A good knowledge of, and experience in, SAP FI-CO module and SAP project implementation
- Power BI knowledge is an advantage
- Key skills:

- Ability to work autonomously, pro-actively and quality driven with sense of responsibility
- Strong analytical and communication skills with problem-solving mindset
- Curious, assertive with a positive attitude
- Fluency in English is mandatory, German will be considered a strong asset
