**You can look forward to these exciting tasks**:

- Coaching of and providing support to teams in the implementation of LEAN
- Coordinate Continuous Improvement activities to measurable standards for follow-up
- Execution of LEAN Assessments and related reporting according to the annual assessment plan
- Facilitate Continuous Improvement activities - Management of interdisciplinary / multi-departmental teams for Focused Improvement Events / Kaizen Events / Shop Floor workshops and follow-up and related communications

**Here's what you can bring to the team**:

- Sufficient practical operational expertise and experience (5+ years) to have credibility at both the Shopfloor and Management levels
- Broad exposure to and knowledge of LEAN methodologies in a manufacturing environment and advanced level in specific LEAN tools and techniques (VSM, 5S, KAMISHIBAI, KAIZEN (CONCOR - SCRA - CEDAC), TPM, PULL, Micro LO, Macro LO, etc.)
- Results focused and pragmatic
- Analytical skills and learning ability
