Air Freight Control-tower Clerk

For immediate start, we are looking for an experienced and energetic support for our Airfreight department in Luxemburg located at the airport in Luxemburg

Your Tasks:

- Implementation of a Control-Tower / Central
- Invoicing
- Desk for a special customer
- Handling of all inbound and outbound shipments ex Luxemburg and european Crosstrades
- Secure routing to the appropriate destination
- Disposition of Airfreight
- shipments
- Communication with customer, other business units and DB Schenker branches in Europe
- Invoicing and Administration tasks
- Shipment tracking and Claim handling
- Customer Service

**REQUIREMENTS**
- Education in the field of forwarding and logistics
- Experience in the field of air freight is an advantage
- Good English and French knowledge spoken and written
- Other languages are an advantage
- Good knowledge of MS Office
- Ability to work in a team
- Motivation, Team player, flexibility, organized
