Cette opportunité au sein d’une fiduciaire vous permettra de faire partie d’un projet en pleine expansion, et d’ainsi réellement mettre en place et assoir votre compétence et ambition. **Vos responsabilités **| Fiduciaire - Juridique - Corporate**
- En tant que Relationship Manager Legal, vous aurez des responsabilités quotidiennes variées telles que la **gestion d’un portefeuille de clients** de sociétés financières (Soparfi, Holding, Titrisation, SCSP) de A à Z, en apportant vos analyses et conseils pertinents à ces derniers.
- Vous aurez à cœur d’entretenir le **développement de votre portefeuille** en réalisant des missions de développement commercial.
- Vous aurez une fonction charnière entre vos collaborateurs en internes et les parties externes (notaires, avocats et administrations) et vous allez devoir garantir une bonne communication des informations nécessaires.
- La préparation de documents légaux fera partie de vos attributions telles que les procès-verbaux des assemblées, ou bien les contrats pouvant intervenir dans le cycle de vie de vos entités sous gestion.
**Profil et parcours **| Fiduciaire - Juridique - Corporate**
- Vous avez acquis une belle expérience, **entre trois et six ans**, dans des structures luxembourgeoises équivalentes (Fiduciaire, PSF, Cabinet d’avocats).
- Vous savez communiquer, à l’écrit et à l’oral, dans les langues **française et anglaise**, vous permettant une bonne intégration à l’équipe et un contact facilité avec vos futurs clients.
- Vous savez assurer un niveau **d’autonomie** confortable dans vos opérations du quotidien et posséder l’œil pour les détails ainsi qu’un goût pour les nouveaux défis.

- En accord avec votre niveau d’expérience et votre profil, vous pourrez recevoir un package complet pouvant atteindre la somme de **80 000 € brut annuel**, vous permettant de jouir d’une stabilité financière et la possibilité de consacrer davantage de budget à vos besoins personnels.
- La possibilité d’obtenir un **bonus discrétionnaire **généreux, pouvant atteindre deux mois de salaire, complétant également votre aisance financière au quotidien et un bon niveau de confort.
