The Société de l'Aéroport de Luxembourg (lux-Airport) is the aerodrome operator responsible for the operation of the airport infrastructure. Our platform provides, among other things, direct flight services to more than 100 destinations via 16 airlines.

In order to continue to meet our commitments and to develop other projects, we are currently recruiting**: an** **Environmental Coordinator.**

The aim of this recruitment is to strengthen the existing team. You will report to the Environmental Manager.

**Your responsibilities**:
**Your daily tasks**
- Collecting, reviewing and analyzing environmental data for daily monitoring of environmental performance
- Following routine waste disposal practices on project sites
- Fostering employee to improve employee involvement in the environmental program by providing training and assistance in the workplace
- Managing, storing and controlling lux-Airport's environmental documentation
- Overseeing any environmental work on the field: soil remediation, infrastructure work dedicated to the environment, beehives, piezometer,
- Identifying environmental issues, performing inspections, and providing reports
- Supporting audits and self-assessments of environmental programs and procedures to maintain regulatory compliance; Tracking audit action plan

**Your other tasks**
- Performing regular site inspections to ensure compliance with environmental regulations, authorizations, certification and other requirements (workplaces, worksites, )
- Assisting in the preparation of various forms & documents required following local requirements and internal procedures
- Participating in the integration of new employees.

**The required profile**:
**Studies / training**:
Higher education diploma in environmental engineering (Bac + 2) or equivalent experience in a similar position

**Experience**:
3 years' experience in a similar position

**Skills and knowledge required**:
